  • Brush twice a day (preferably with fluoride toothpaste)
  • Floss daily
  • Invest in an electronic toothbrush
  • Avoid sugary foods/drinks
  • Come in regularly for cleanings/exams

    Great advice! Especially agree with the fact that it’s really important for people across all ages to make it to their family dentist regularly in order to prevent decay!
